Client Side Project Managers
Rockall Projects were appointed to provide client side Project Management services for a £430,000 healthcare sector refurbishment project in Southampton.
The existing building is to be significantly update radically updated and upgraded, providing a much welcomed hot desk environment for medical professionals. The building dates back to 1985. Our experience and understanding of construction in the health and medical sector will be the catalyst for a successful project delivery. It is still a live building posing restricted site access challenges for the construction team.
The Proposed Health Care Facility
The new facility enhances the user experience with a more modern, productive open plane working environment. The principle space is to be complemented with WCs, a functional tea and coffee point, one to one interview rooms and larger meeting room. There is also provision for a dedicated admin and management space.
Project Management to Date
Our Project managers appointed the design team and managed the design process from concept design through to detailed design stages.
The project is currently out to competitive tender and is due for completion in December 2019.
