New Residential Project in Brockenhurst

We have just been appointed as building Project Managers on another project located just outside Brockenhurst in the New Forest. The new building will be an oak framed structure housing a pool plant room, steam-room, kitchenette and changing area.

Our client lives aboard, using the property for the summer months, therefore construction will take place while they are absent over the winter. 

Our project management services on this project will include:

• Developing an overall programme for the project
• Finalising design with the client
• Arranging site surveys
• Tendering the project with suitable contractors
• Drafting of contract
• Ensure the clients planning, statutory and health and safety obligations are fulfilled
• Overseeing the contractor for the construction phase of the project
• Managing the project finances
• Monitoring quality and progress
• Reporting to the client
