Rockall Projects were delighted to have acted as Contract Administrators for the recently completed Myers Touch Studio Extension. Of course there had to be a launch party..
The Myers Touch team welcomed the Mayor of Winchester, Cllr Jane Rutter, on her first official appointment to formally open the studio. We were also joined on the night by a host of special guests, including BBC property expert, Lucy Alexander, her husband, ex-footballer Stewart Castledine and BBC Saturday Kitchen’s Wine Master, Peter Richards.
Guests were treated to live cooking demonstrations by Sub-Zero & Wolf’s resident Chef, Bruce Cole, and a chance to sample his delicious breads made using the Combination Steam Oven & Oven together with an array of tempting canapés created during the evening! Mercedes-Benz of Winchester were on hand to chauffeur guests to and from the studio using a selection of their S-Class, E-Class and CLS ranges, while local independent wine merchant, Wine Utopia, provided guests with a selection of seasonal wines.
The Myers Touch Directors, Keith and Helena Myers, said “We were delighted to open the doors to our newly-renovated studio, finally accomplishing our long-term goal to create an environment which truly expresses the vision and passion we have for creating living spaces within homes that are built-upon and sustain the relationships enjoyed within them. It was a celebration joined by many of our previous clients whose lives have been touched by the kitchen-living spaces we have created. A special thanks goes to our new Mayor of Winchester who supported this event.”
The substantial upgrade of the studio now showcases a preview into SieMatic’s Urban kitchen collection, featuring surfaces in Dekton and Sensa granite, both by Cosentino. The open plan kitchen-dining display boasts state-of-the-art refrigeration and cooking appliances from Sub-Zero & Wolf, including a steam oven; warming drawer; sealed burner range top with Teppan-Yaki; extractor, larder fridge and wine chiller. A Miele dishwasher and Kohler Stages sink with articulated Karbon tap complete the look.
