Rockall Projects were commissioned undertake a detailed and intrusive dilapidation survey to a large modular building which supports the bank's global activities. The Client required information about the property to support decision making process on the future viability of the property to continue to support its business activities.

This was in part a dilapidation survey to understand the current performance of the building (structure , service operation etc ) and in part a feasibility study to give advice on the building suitability to adaptation. The Client required the survey to be completed quickly and a written report to be provided within one week. The report covered the building fabric, mechanical and electrical services, structural and interior. 

Rockall combined conventional survey techniques with the latest Thermal Imaging to provided the client with the information they required.
