Through our continued relations with a large corporate bank on the south coast, Rockall Projects were engaged to advise on the condition of an existing temporary office building office within a campus of office buildings.

Following a detailed condition survey Rockall Projects were able to advise on a series of remedial works to enable the temporary building, which have been insitu for 15 years, to be used for a further 5 to 10 years.

Rockall Projects have been commissioned to take total project responsibility to install a new overlay coating system, which provided a 20 year warranty, on the profiled roof sheets to overcome a leaking problem.
