We have just been engaged to Project Manage the final design, contractor procurement and construction phase of this high-end holiday lodge in Brockenhurst. Sitting on the banks of a small river and within a wooded area, the lodge will sit on piles and will be timber clad.

Rockall Projects managed the pre-construction phase of the project, preparing a detailed scope of works, tendering the project and agreeing contact and programme with client and contractor. As the project progresses we will undertake frequent site visits and certify payments to the contractor.

The property is within the New Forest National Park, making it an ecologically sensitive site.
