New Manufacturing Construction Project in Hampshire

Rockall Projects has recently been engaged to provide their project management expertise on behalf of an international manufacturing client in Hampshire. The project involves enhancing production facilities with new plant in a live manufacturing environment.

Due to the nature of the site and client requirements Rockall have been commissioned to facilitate a “fast track” progression of the project, which will be divided into several key phases.

This is a key project for the client, working to a tight timescale in a live environment. Our role as project manager is understanding the importance of the project, managing the onsite risks and liaising with key stakeholders.
