Marine Engineering Drone Survey

Rockall Projects were engaged by Marine Construction and Engineering company DiveCo Marine to provide drone surveys for a significant mooring improvement project on The Solent.

The upgrade and improvement works involved removal and replacement of over 4 kilometres of boat moorings on the Keyhaven river. The project has now been completed.

The team conducted drone surveys with supporting aerial photography. Using drone technology enabled the project managers and river stakeholders to safely and efficiently monitor the success of the project with minimal disruption to the river ecosystem and its users.
