Rockall are delighted to be appointed as Clients Representatives for an complex and demanding renovation project involving a listed manor house in The New Forest. We were engaged to carry out an audit of an ongoing scheme which had developed considerable problems. 

This resulted in our restructuring the professional team and re tendering the building contract. The HNWI clients live aboard, so reporting of progress and communication were key factors. The project is now nearing completion.
