Rockall have been engaged to assist in discharging the Client's Duties under the CDM (Construction (Design and Management)) Regulations 2015.
Rockall will assist and advise on appointing and overseeing the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor, as well as giving notice to the HSE prior to the construction phase of the project commencing.
