Our clients commission us because they know we use sound judgment and will tackle unique or complex tasks by utilising our years of experience and combining our expertise to get the job done.
Our services ⟶Rockall's founder and principal, Declan, started his career in the construction industry as a tradesman in his native Dublin working on some of the city's finest historic buildings. He quickly progressed into a management role gaining vast technical and commercial expertise along the way.
Moving to the UK in 2009, Declan worked in Project Management roles for national contractors, working on iconic projects such as London's Shard. His work included residential, educational and commercial projects - both for private, commercial and public sector clients.
In 2013, Declan decided to take the next step and founded Rockall Projects, a client focused construction consultancy providing a unique tailored service offering Project Management, Client's Representative, Contract Administrators and Surveying solutions.
Rockall's unparalleled knowledge of the design and construction process along with an empathy with client's requirements and a detailed understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the consultants, contractors and sub-contractors involved, have been proven hugely beneficial to their client's projects.

Over the past few months we have been working on an exciting to design, manufacture and install a number of Solar "Trees" at a clients office complex. The structures will be manufactured from steel with a specialist coating applied. The solar panels are the latest transparent photovoltaic glazing design. …read full post

Rockall Projects were engaged by Marine Construction and Engineering company DiveCo Marine to provide drone surveys for a significant mooring improvement project on The Solent. The upgrade and improvement works involved removal and replacement of over 4 kilometres of boat moorings on the Keyhaven river. …read full post
